This workshop will be a bilingual meeting, in both Spanish and English, and food and childcare will be provided. Participants can expect to learn the basics of nonprofit boards; for example, what board members are expected to do, their responsibilities, and how boards typically function. This workshop will be facilitated by Claudia Garcia Curzio, Latinx Outreach Specialist at the Wilkinson Public Library; Kathleen Morgan, English Language Instructor through Bright Futures; and April Montgomery, VP Programs at the Telluride Foundation.
